Blend F Post Interclub Race Meeting.
- Record Fuel temp and ambient temp settings
- Allow engine to idle for one minute, record temp
- Outlap tuning 3-5 laps – adjust top and bottom for moderate performance and record +/-
- Circulate on track until sterady performance maintained
- End session, record top engine temp.
- Kill engine return to bench, 1 minute post engine test record temp.

Race test results – Blend F
After run examination showed red oil residue that did not coagulate with Mugen after run. Engine was subject to relaxed maintenance procedures and Glow Plug problems on race day account for poor combustion evidence on piston.
The fuel was applied in a working race environment for a one day 3 heat sprint event. Engine required very little tuning and climate was constant, minor adjustments responded positively. Engine ran within safe working temperature range and acceleration was good throughtout the rpm range. Less smoke than normal, though engine was not lean, good run time and good overall blend and should be given good consideration.
Blend D – Club meeting results
BLEND D was taken out for an evening gas touring in the TG and performed well in comparison with other TG’s on track. Engine was kept on the rich side to measure cooling and held managable idle with a very cold plug. Engine maintained tune throughout the evening and engine temp was cool. Post meeting engine review showed little residue and no coagulation with Mugen after run. Good all round blend, suitable for recreational and competitive use.
